1. Nature of Service

Buy AI Tools operates as a Managed Access Provider. We do not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights of the software provided. Instead, we facilitate access through:

  • Agency Licenses: Enterprise-grade accounts purchased in bulk and distributed to authorized team members.
  • Family Sharing Groups: Legitimate slots within authorized family plans (e.g., YouTube Premium, Spotify).
  • Educational Seats: Access provided through authorized educational partnerships (e.g., Canva EDU).

2. User Responsibilities

To maintain the integrity of the shared environment, you agree to:

  • No Password Changes: Do not attempt to change the account password, email, or billing information unless explicitly instructed.
  • Personal Use Only: Do not resell, share, or distribute your access credentials to third parties.

Note: Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

3. Warranty & Replacement (1-to-1)

  • Instant Replacement: If an account stops working due to technical issues, we will provide a replacement login within 24 hours.
  • Full Refund Eligibility: If we cannot restore access within 48 hours of your report, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining subscription time.
