1.2 No Ownership of Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that by purchasing our service, you are paying for a managed service fee, which covers account provisioning, maintenance, technical support, and agency administration. You are NOT purchasing the official license, ownership, or intellectual property rights of the underlying software (e.g., OpenAI, Canva, Midjourney). All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

1.3 Independent Entity

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the official developers of the tools we support, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Service Delivery & Usage

2.1 Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, access credentials or invitation links will be delivered to your registered email address. Most services are delivered automatically within 5-15 minutes. Specialized agency plans may require up to 24 hours.

  • (a) No Credential Modification: You must NOT change the email, password, billing info, or profiles of any provided account unless explicitly instructed.

2.3 Violation & Suspension

3. Payments, Billing & Taxes

3.1 Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until their renewal date.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By paying, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 1-3 Day Money-Back Guarantee strictly if:

  • The service is “Non-Functional” (cannot log in or core features inaccessible).
  • You contacted Support, and we failed to resolve it within 24 hours.

4.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or violations of Usage Rules.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

5.2 Third-Party Dependencies: We are not responsible for downtime or policy changes by official software providers. If a tool is discontinued, our liability is limited to a pro-rated refund of the unused subscription.

5.3 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 1 month preceding the claim.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection: We collect only necessary info (email, transaction ID) to provide service.

6.2 Data Security: We advise against inputting highly sensitive data into shared workspaces. We are not liable for data breaches on third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law
