Refund Policy

At Buy AI Tools, we strive to provide high-quality managed access to premium AI tools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness.
1. Money-Back Guarantee (3 Days)
We offer a Risk-Free Guarantee for new purchases. You are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase if:
- The service is “Non-Functional”: This means the core access cannot be used despite following our instructions (e.g., login fails, access seat not provisioned, premium entitlement not active).
- AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your report.
Important: This guarantee applies once per user/customer (as determined by account, email, payment method, or device signals) for each specific product type.
2. General Refund Conditions
After the initial 3-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Service Failure: If a tool stops working mid-subscription and we cannot restore access within 48 hours, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction immediately (minus any payment processing fees that were incurred and are non-refundable to us).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Buyer’s Remorse: You changed your mind after the service was successfully delivered and used.
- Violation of Terms: Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., changing passwords, reselling).
- Feature Limitations: You are dissatisfied with a specific feature of the official software (e.g., generation speed). We provide access, but do not control the tool’s performance.
- Self-Service Errors: You bought the wrong product format and have already activated it.
Exception: If the service has not been delivered/activated, we may offer a product swap or store credit at our sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@buyaitools.net.
- Include your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue (screenshots are helpful).
- Allow us 24 hours to troubleshoot and attempt to fix the problem.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Method: Refunds are strictly returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
- Timeline: Once approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We take chargeback fraud seriously. If you open a dispute without contacting us first:
- Your account and all services will be permanently banned.
- We will submit evidence of service delivery (delivery timestamps, login logs, IP signals, support transcripts) to contest the dispute.
- We may share relevant info with fraud-prevention partners where permitted by law.
